Mr. Abaza is President and Chief Executive Officer of Superior Construct Group, managing all day to day operations. He has 28 years of experience in HVAC design, Commissioning, Retro-Commissioning, and Re-Commissioning, project Management and Construction Management.
Expertise includes, residential Multi-family ASHRAE Level I and Level II Energy Audits, Residential Multi-family Inspections that included Physical inspections, technical evaluation, visual inspections, exigent health and safety standards, and physical inspection report generation Central Plant design, Central Plant optimization, Central plant gut retrofit/renovation, Central Plant O&M, Energy Modeling, LEED Admin, Energy Auditing (ASHRAE Level I, II, III), Energy Retrofits and Facility Condition Assessments, Sustainable development and Energy Master plan development and implementation, Equipment Inventory Identification and Deficiency Generation, construction project management and cost estimating, Quality Control Management, Post construction Measurement and Verification and equipment Commissioning, BMS and EMS troubleshooting. Mr. Abaza is a Licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, Green Building Engineer, LEED® Accredited Professional, CQM certified and Building Performance Institute Building Analyst and AEE Certified Building Commissioning Professional.
