Sales Terms and Policies

1. Services Provided Superior Construct Group, LLC provides general contracting, MEP systems integration, and building performance services. Detailed scopes of work are defined in individual project contracts.

2. Estimates and Payments

• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Payment schedules (deposits, progress payments, and final retainage) are outlined in the specific service agreement.

3. Cancellations and Refunds Consultation fees are non-refundable. For construction projects, cancellation terms—including material restock fees and labor costs incurred—are governed by the signed project contract.

4. Liability We maintain professional liability and worker's compensation insurance. Specific warranty periods for craftsmanship are detailed in your project agreement.
